Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley is among the most popular and richest Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th February, 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. He appeared in Shottas the cult movie featuring Wyclef. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records and recorded his debut album, called like Father Like Son. This was followed by a number of singles like Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap fit (remix), and Sensimelia. They all have contributed to the growing reputation of Ky-Mani as a rising reggae artist. In 1997, Ky-Mani teamed up along with Praswell (Fugees) to record Avenue which was a smash cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was the first artist to play on stage at Midem in Miami the world's largest showcase of music. Marley performed in the Cameo Theatre that was broadcasted live in 36 different countries. Marley came to be the target of a bidding war. In 1997, Marley signed to Gee Street/V2 Records, where the labelmate with him P.M. Dawn sang on the hit single Gotta To
